As way of example there is Tom Coe. Yorkshire based Chef Tom Coe offers bespoke menus for the discerning private customer in your cottage or alternatively Lola Summerhouse.
Tom Coe trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, he continued his classical training by working in Michelin Star restaurants such as Chez Bruce and La Trompette.
Tom and ourselves design, create and deliver fantastic fine dining experiences by working with you to ensure a truly fantastic individual menu and memorable experience.
We also work with Dom from Doms Kitchen who is exceptional and has a plethora of experience from hotels, restaurants to large celebration events and weddings.
Another firm favourite with our guests is Gilly from the Cooks Place. Gilly partnered with Rosemary Shrager the TV presenter and accomplished chef and now runs the Cooks Place , she was also food ambassador for Yorkshire. She can often be seen presenting at The Malton Food Festival with the Fitzwilliam Estate.
