Just a little post on this the 11/11 to pay a huge respect and thanks to everyone past and present that serve. An emotional year with all the historic memories. Whilst we had losses as a family from around the globe, fortunately nothing like some, and truly amazing we grew up knowing our grandfathers. A subject very close to our heart and huge supporter of @mindcharity we just wanted to flag #worldmentalhealthday which is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities. We have both been fortunate to work for and with some amazing organisations on this area, even attending a week long Mental Health First Aid course. It’s great to be an employer or employee and crest a safe place to belong, engage, talk and share a laugh. As we say for our #selfcatering “collective memories, not things”
